ZEM nutrition philosophy is rooted in the Mediterranean diet, recognized worldwide for its nutritional benefits and connection to longevity. Personalized food plans accompany each health program, utilizing organic and seasonal ingredients sourced from Finca Althaya, the clinic's own sustainable farm, located 7km away from the clinic. This approach ensures that meals are both nutritious, super healthy and flavorful. At ZEM, the food is supporting guests' longevity goals while promoting sustainable and healthy eating habits. There are no calorie restrictions except for the weight management programs. The restaurant at ZEM is called Salvia, with beautiful indoors and a spacious terrace. The Chef Javier Diaz Esterri and his team cook a delicious and healthy cuisine. Chef Javier spent a few years at Palmaïa so we may enjoy amazing plant-based options to be available at ZEM.
