Nutrition focuses on Mediterranean-inspired, locally sourced menus to support energy, anti-inflammatory pathways, and recovery. Available as 1‑day experiences and 4–9 night stays, it provides practical tools and cumulative therapeutic dosing for longer-term stress management.
