programThe 3-day Fitness programme enhances physical performance and functional health through human performance diagnostics and targeted treatments. Assessments include cardiorespiratory fitness, postural and movement analysis, and body composition, guiding personalised therapies such as neuromuscular activation and specialised massages. Hydrotherapy and the Chenot Diet® support recovery and metabolic efficiency, while three personalised fitness training sessions improve movement quality and endurance. The goal is to optimise strengths, address asymmetries, and build sustainable performance capacity.
